The California Association of Administrators of State and Federal Education Programs (CAASFEP) is a professional organization serving Categorical Project Directors and others in the implementation of No Child Left Behind and state categorical programs. CAASFEP is a state affiliate of the National Associations of Federal Education Programs Association (NAFEPA). CAASFEP members are also NAFEPA members.
